Just because someone doesn't show/hides their encode settings does not mean it is a NVENC encode.
Even CPU encodes can be flagged to not display the settings in the media info.

What are you talking about? I'm aware that JPBDs aren't always the best, but in this they are! sam says they used the JPBD for all 3 seasons: "My encode of the JPBD with GJM subtitles [...]". My complaints are about what was done, not the source. Hope this clears things up!
