At most, groups nowadays will just do some minor script editing and add song TLs and typesetting. There is no need to constantly do full OTLs of all these seasonals because they will not bring any significant benefits over the official.

That, and outside of maybe a small niche of people who know how to torrent and pick out a release, their work would go largely unnoticed and underappreciated, so that's yet another reason you rarely see full fansubs these days.
