Just watched this, and it's 333. Don't know about the screenshots. But it's the same epi as Horrible's 333. There is a difference between them however. Horrible's starts out with the bijuu counting song, then the title song, while Taka's starts out with the title song, then plays the Bijuu counting song. /shrug But the episodes are the same.

If you are using a windows pc, get 7-zip latest version (it's free)

Then make sure all the files are in it's own folder.
Select all of the files and right click and select "7-zip/extract here"
(If the extentions of the new file is .7z just select it, right click and select "7-zip/extract here" again.)
Once it's done you'll have the mkv file.

I looked at the screenshots for episode 330 from a few subs and they don't match this one. So it would seem that this is 333.

The preview pictures for Taka 333 look the same as Hatsuyuki 333 and Horrible 333, both of which have been out a while with no negative comments that I saw.

Sadly no. ANN is informing me that Shaman King was only released on DVD, that means it's only standard definition. You will have to wait for a BluRay version to be released, if it ever will be.
