I understand what you are explaining in the first line, however I have no idea by what you mean in the second line "this is no fun." Do you mean the quality is not that good? Problems with playback? When I upload to PutLocker / Sockshare 99% of the time I have a checkmark in the box for instant streaming.
I mainly do this for people who want to stream it and whatnot.

To get the original file off of PutLocker near the bottom right of the screen there should be a floppy disk and "Download File" link beside it.
Clicking that will download the original. You should get a speed around 1 MB/s

The file size that is shown (usually somewhere in the 80 MB range) is the size of the streamed file.

In order for Mega to added to embedupload, you need an account. And to get an account on that service, it requires an legal business.
That, and Mega has a max of 50 GB of storage per account.

For some time jheberg wasn't successfully uploading to mega, so I stopped for a bit (it was getting annoying creating an account that did nothing).

But yesterday and today I created an account and has been uploading to mega without problems.
So unless something happens, I should provide mega.
Also for jheberg, I recommend creating an account, it doesn't have to be a real email, a fake one will work (no account creation confirmation).
Creating an account will bypass the 10sec delay to going to one of mirrors.
