Thanks kaizeru and admin, I used 7-Zip and it worked. I used WinRAR before which didn't.

On my copy of 7-Zip 9.20 on Windows 7, extracting a file containing colons automatically replaces them with underscores. The only problem occurs when you try to extract via drag-n-drop, where an error is thrown. I haven't gotten a 0 byte file though.
I don't have WinRAR or WinZip here to test, so I don't know whether these two have such an issue.

Both the one from PeejeShare and Sendspace seem to extract fine here.
7-Zip 9.20 or later should extract it fine. If using WinRAR, ensure that it is at least version 4.0.

I also got this error on other file, not this one, because the file contain ":" in the filename. donwload and install official 7z installer. then, WITHOUT extracting the file, right-click and rename, remove the ":". after that, you can extract it.

Fairy Tail ep163 aired in Japan and on CR (or whatever) for the first time about 10 hours ago.

The torrent for this password-locked file was deleted by Nyaa about 1 week ago.

Finally complete! Watched the whole movie.. can't wait for Nekomonogatari (White) to come out. and also Kizumonogatari.

All of that is correct.

Here's what I know or think I know:
1. Submitted to Nyaa by the user who submits all the Nutbladder torrents to Nyaa
2. Has released 4 episodes of what he calls "Cat Story -Black", with numbering in the titles that match up to the light story/novel/manga version of Nekomonogatari Kuro.
3 Pem's "Nekomonogatari Kuro 4" here has the same crc as his "Cat Story -Black 011-013".  He had been criticized for calling it that, so I guess he re-released the same thing with the more recognized Nekomono file name.

So, in summary, I assume this is an original translation by Nutbladder or associate, but I haven't watched it yet.  I don't know his raw source, if that's what the UTW-Subs comment above refers to.  I haven't seen too many comments good or bad about this version.

Clarifying corrections/additions welcome.

We decided to release the whole thing in its entirety to avoid the issues that would stem from releasing two files, having to fix the audio issue in the first, having to come up with some magical way to help you guys join the two together etc. It does mean our earlier release is now redundant, but it’s the saner strategy to go with.

this one is the complete Nekomonogatari Black, Episode 1-4, like it aired on TV, maybe they will release a file with 3-4 but i dont know
