WARNING: This is a link to a 7z file which unzips to an exe file.  I've never used it, and I don't recommend using any exe files from sources you are not personally familiar with.  So try it on your little brother's computer first.  (Seriously, I don't think I would even try it John).  To create the 7z file from the link, go to the page and choose "Save as" from the browser File menu.

Better to accept ordered chapters gracefully, like graying hair and hearing loss.  Those who cut off the nose and naughty bits of an anime to save space and download time mean well, after all...

What I wanna know, is how the hell do you remerge ordered chapters? I've tried it with MKVmerge, and that's tricky.

Too bad Commie didn't sub the Climax SP. Oh well, their choice.

For any newbies:

1. The easiest way to playback a show with ordered chapters is to download the Community Codec pack (brand new version 2012-12-30!) at

http://cccp-project.net/

and use that player at least for those shows.  It requires no additional set-up to use o.c.  And it's good to be familiar with more than one video player anyways, so for anime this is a good second choice if it's not your first choice.

2. Almost any video player can be equipped to play oc back properly by installing the Haali Media Splitter and using it inside your favorite video player  -except possibly VLC which doesn't use external filters.  The idea is simple: Install Haali on your system, disable the player's default h264 filter/splitter and choose Haali's instead.  But the exact steps to do this are different for each player.  You'll know you're successful when during playback a Haali icon appears in your Windows tray and the intro or ending credits play at the right time.

Look for "Download MatroskaSplitter installer."

After you have installed Haali, start your video player and look for h264 splitter/filter.  If Haali's isn't an option, look for ways to add system filters/codecs to your video player then select it for h264.
