Just learn how to automatically set your video player to play your preferred audio. (mpv is easy to configure).

1) phone video players largely operate the same way and allow preference settings.

2) the default flag doesn't do what you think it does and all audio languages are required to have at least one track labeled default and in the event the muxer fails to do this, the matroska spec has a failsafe that assumes the muxer is an idiot and gives default to all tracks.

Bold of you to assume everyone uses those windows xp video players like you do. But even if I did, these uploads would still be useless to me because extracting the eng audio from them is pain in the ass.

I usually compress these files to 200-300mb/720p for my phone and the audio being JP by default makes it hard to get the dub audio. If there was at least one upload that had eng audio as default then I wouldn't be complaining in the first place.

I am also watching all episodes with English subtitles.

Umm whats your alternative? If you say torrents or google search to shady sites thats all you. I could go on a long essay of multi decades of experiences with news, groups, hacks sites, torrents, as well as dark web but whats the point? All I'm going to say on the matter there may not be many warez sites around anymore but they have been the safest option for exe`s from my experience while torrents by far the most unsafe for risking viruses. Hell the hack sites I belonged to back in the day were safer than torrents. If torrents are your go to for exes all the power to you. Media torrents are one thing but for cracking exes Id rejoin the dark web before Id trust a torrent exe from someone I dont know that could contain various types of viruses.
