you can't make xdelta if you don't have the english audio. to do that you must download the entire usbd then extract audio from each files. after that you have to mux them to the mkvs. then create said patch. not everyone get their hands on usbd.

patching commonly used for fixing minor stuffs. audio is not minor stuff. unless you're working with bad audio but the audio has to be there first to begin with.
