I'm guessing you're looking for the B-Global version because it includes certain other languages for subs?  It looks like B-Global didn't provide an English subbed version for ep 9, since New-raws and ToonsHub usually carry that source for this show and didn't have one.  

AT only carries versions that include an English translation.

Episode 1 was encoded using FFV1 (ffmpeg's internal lossless codec) as a joke, episode 2 was encoded as a gigantic animated GIF, episode 3 used MJPEG (basically, every frame is separately encoded as a JPEG file), and episode 4 used AVC in lossless mode.

The next episode will probably be provided as around 34,000 .TIFF files. And no, I'm not joking - Reza27 is actually planning to do that.
