Ember and Judas both use HEVC, so there's no difference. it's just ember is bigger which make different

Ember often neglect sub processing, not even checking sub timestamps, frequently forgetting to add subs, and some user also been complaints of video duration being cut off.

CR subtitles are always done in 360p to discourage leaking. Getting signs to render properly in 1080p requires resampling and an automation script in Aegisub to correct perspectives when resampling the subtitles from 360p to 1080p. ToonsHub probably does not do such a step.

I noticed this same issue with Dan da dan's last two episodes. I cross checked it on CR and found that it's not rendering there also. So it might be an issue from the licensor who is providing the subs to CR, which in these cases is aniplex iirc.

It looks like CR (or the tools being used to rip CR's scripts) is having an issue with signs on the English subs?

This episode has numerous sign subs that are set so far out of place, that they either partially or entirely render off-screen.

Digging into the ASS file, the subs seem to be designed for a 640x360 pixel window, but the sign positioning is based around a 1920x1080 window. So anything with a non-default position gets rendered in the wrong spot - usually well off-screen.

The odd bit is that it's just the English subs that have this problem. The other languages I check have the same 640x360 viewport, but the sign positions are correct for that viewport.

Regard my most recent comment, as of July 2nd, 2025, on this upload.

This torrent is JPBD for all manga cannon episodes (best source for 168-366), and USBD for all filler episodes (second best source, though filtered and repaired ver. "innit's Bleach 168-366 (BD 540p, multi DTS, multi PGS)" looks better to me).  This is because the JPBD doesn't include filler.

The USA Bluray's dub audio is ~11 seconds delayed from the Japanese bluray after the opening song, then after the eyecatch (mid-episode break card) is another 0.3 seconds delayed.  You can grab the sub files without downloading the video or audio from the Judas uploads on animetosho by clicking the "All Attachments" hyperlink next to "subtitles" on the bottom of the episodes lists.  https://animetosho.torrentbay.st/search?filter[0...each judas  It includes English (en ass), Spanish[LAT] (es ass), Brazilian Portuguese (pt ass), English [Full] (PGS) (en hdmv_pgs_subtitle), and English [Signs/Songs] (PGS) (ja hdmv_pgs_subtitle).

Why are you posting this in old uploads from 3-5 years ago?

Lossless/non-mini-encode MPEG-2 .ts files are the best source for Bleach 168-366, as the BDs are just DVD upscales, but currently none of the uploads for those on public trackers have seeders, as they are all from a decade ago.  And even if they did get seeders, I haven't found any that are a complete batch of eps. 168-366.

All your episodes are miss labeled. Ep1 is Ep12, Ep12 is Ep1, & Ep2 is Ep11, & Ep 11 is Ep 2. All of them are like that.

Adding context: Even if they have Indonesian sub, it usually take quite sometime after episode has been released. In fact it might take like 5 days, or none at all (since a lot of platforms were streaming this).
