This encode is most likely filtered and as to not introduce any additional compression artifacts it's highly recommended to encode at higher bitrates after filtering.

Rascal's release is AVC (h.264) and appears to be a direct rip from Crunchyroll. This release seems to have been re-encoded with HEVC (h.265) and somehow got larger in the process.

Bad again, CR translation doesn't match what the characters say. Teacher = Mister, Mrs. Walker = Mrs. Shelley. they emphasize the family name. b-global not so bad.

Yet no such issues for those indexers have been reported. Skill issue perhaps?
