You are right though - the batch file is obfuscated malware, though the MKV is benign. Didn't notice as the download was automated. Should note the RAR itself isn't malicious, it tries to trick you with a shortcut file disguised as a folder, which then runs a malicious batch file.

Too lazy to look into what it does but seems like a basic stealer with persistence via scheduled tasks.
