There's no specific time at which these are released since my releases are encodes : not ripped at a specific time from a distributor.
The time it takes varies a lot because apart from encoding the video, I also gather and edit subs/audio to make a somewhat complete release.

You are right though - the batch file is obfuscated malware, though the MKV is benign. Didn't notice as the download was automated. Should note the RAR itself isn't malicious, it tries to trick you with a shortcut file disguised as a folder, which then runs a malicious batch file.

Too lazy to look into what it does but seems like a basic stealer with persistence via scheduled tasks.
