The file does have English subtitle, but it is meaningless because the English translation is not correct at all except for a very few parts of the texts. It is not just a problem with the timing, but the translation itself is mostly very different from what is being said in Japanese. I don't even consider it as translation due to the completely different meanings. It sounds like that the person who translated doesn't understand Japanese very well and he just made up most part because he wasn't sure what was being said. So, just be careful if you don't understand Japanese.

I don't hate 10bit per-say, but it's hardly a universally supported format which limits viewer experience. The title is misleading.  According to the website link above this was not released by Nutbladder but a group calling itself "onezerotwo".

A better title for a re-encode would be:

It's a zip file, so don't know what you're getting until you've gotten it.
