Episodes 49-63 were not dubbed. They consist of the standalone "Fugitive Arc" storyline created specifically for the anime series. The dub resumed with episode 64. As a result, the English version are in separate discs from the Japanese version in the Blu-ray set for the series.

Just for your interest: DNS isn't really practical or target-able - the default is often an ISP DNS which doesn't point to any particular user, plus DNS is often cached so is rather coarse.

Looking at the streams within the MKV, it's using RUDY's subtitles, so guessing either it's using the same JPBD Remux from Virtuality that Rudy is or Rudy's encode directly

It's 23.976 multiplied by 6, or 143.856fps. It also looks like complete garbage during scene transitions (e.g. as seen in the first screenshot) - if you want a good laugh, watch the video in slow motion and then ponder to yourself how anyone could consider that to be an acceptable result.

Frankly, I'm surprised Nyaa even allows this at all, since it's effectively an upscale (albeit temporal rather than spatial) and those are banned there.
